Yes, normally this wouldn't be required but, if one is having trouble, it's a
workaround.

It'll play through the whole song yeah. Nothing wrong with that though, just
gives you time to get another coffee.

Track Bounce with the Offline checkbox unchecked will render everything fine.
If the "Import After Bounce" checkbox in the Location area is checked, it'll
come right back into the session. I did have this issue a couple of times but
haven't seen it in a while.

I believe another alternative to this that will work fine is recording the
piano to the midi / instrument track, then committing that track to audio and
bouncing from there. Thats normally how I work with virtual instruments and
have never had a problem. Never really used that specific piano
Let me see if I can explain this without screwing it up too bad. I had the same
problem. I got on the KK list, and Andre told me how to fix it. Sometimes when
you bounce using complete control, things just don’t work out quite right. The
only way I found to fix this is to record the track in
I’ve also had this happen to me, specifically with pianos. I’m guessing it also
happens if you try to freeze that piano track or commit it too? And it never
happens if bouncing, freezing or committing are done online, right?
I’ve had this issue and haven’t found a fix for it yet, incredibly
So, I've got 2 instrument tracks. One is Alecia's Keys through my
Komplete Kontrol with the close auditorium preset I think it's called?
It's literally like the 2nd or 3rd preset from the top, if that helps.
Then, I've got Embertone's Joshua Bell Violin on the 2nd track also with
Komplete
