It does have a mini window - but that doesn’t give you all the functions of
the editor such as preset editing and import/export.

After protools 10.3, Avid made the eleven rack editor external - it is this
external app that is inaccessible. I’ve not found that eleven rack window to
which you’re referring, yet.
The main thing I want to do is import some preset files, and edit some existing
presets.
