I left avid a long time ago, so cant't help you with that, unfortunately.
Nonetheless, if you wanted to beta test, make a separate apfs volume, and
install the beta of mac sonoma, and test it out. Since its a separate apfs
volume, nothing will happen to your main volume, and you can test
Just make sure that under software updates its set to either security updates
only or just off if you'd rather

we are *far!* far far from Avid certifying things for this, and never even once
have I considered doing this on my main production machine. I wouldn't even
