Well, thanks to Kevin Chuck and Mike, happy to report that I got
everything exported by the deadline. Kevin nudged me toward an awesome
little utility called Rename It which you can get from the App Store.

Also you can go Menu edit Consolidate.
I know you can make a stereo track and split it in to mono but I don't
remember an option to do it in reverse.
