Hi good folks and thanks for bearing with me. I spend way to much time thinking, which i noticed when i was trying to assign inputs. It looks like you actually can have one and the same input go to different tracks. I can select the same input for different tracks which is good and very flexible but i wonder if it should be like that. What do the faders control on the control surface? Is it like this that if i arm a track, say track 5 i can still use input 1 to feed in to track 5 and what happens with the sound on track 1 then? Or is it like on the old Roland VS 1680 where you could link any input to any track and when the track was armed, you could still use the input that you linked to the track and its fader to control the recording level?
