them about the lack of accessibility and they can remote in to your computer

i need to use the BlackFriday discound, and renew my Protools.
I went to avid, and click on renew. i put my Mastercard details, which are not
easy because the site is not so accessible.
but do not know why, after i press continue, nothing happened.
anyone has an idea before the offer ends
