yep, while on a tech support call for other issues, I asked Anthony
at Slate tech support to make me up some presets with various modules
in various orders. That gives me the ability to just tweek from there.

I have no idea how it works on ProTools, but all the important mix
rack parameters are exposed to my VST host, in this case, Sonar. So
yes, you can probably get at things.

Good morning,
if you can get someone to drag the moduals in the VMr, you can create
presets tfor each individual VCC component. Right now, I have a preset
for RC tube and revival and working this way allows me to adjust the
parameters for these two moduals.
HTH.

I should have been more clear, I was asking about accessing the mix rack with
Voice over rather than the merrits of vcc itself. It sounds like mix rack may
not be accessible and that is the only way to use vcc 2.0 and newer slate
offerings it seems.
My desk is an Allen and Heath gsr24 to answer
well it's up to you whether the VMR is worth it or not. VCC 2.0 does
have new algorithms and now appears in VCC as another module.
Just curious, which desk do you have?

Hi guys, so to revive an old thread, is it pointless downloading the
virtual mix rack plug to use my vcc on the mac? At least I still have my
VBC but I droppped a few bucks on vcc. At least I have a real desk now so
am less bothered about using VCC.

I have the VBC, they are beautifully accessible. I think this may be
because they can be used stand-alone instead of having to be used in a
rack.

They are typically a mixed bag.
The VTM is fairly usable not much success with the old VCC and FGX.
The new version of VCC is in VMR if i'm not mistaken. If you create
presets for yourself it is usable.

Hello all,
For those of you that use Slate digital products, how are they as far as
accessibility with PT? I used the VCC and the VTM on windows, but I am
installing them now on my mac to use with pro tools, just was curious as to
what others who use these plugins think of them. Thanks,
Brian
