Also, if you don't want to go into the track list table all the time, you can
use control p and control ; (which are actually a lot quicker if you get used
to them.

Shift R works on tracks that are selected. When inside the track list table,
press Vo Space on a track. Then, when you press shift R, it will arm that
track. Also make sure link edit and track selection is checked in the options
menu. Hope that helps.
