I'd like to work with protules but the budget is the main
issue.also I didn't used a mackintosh devise yet wich is best?
Mac mini or imac?

Have only listened to just over half of it thus far, out of interest does all
this apply to instrument tracks as well or only midi tracks.

Just to add i’ve found Hi sierra very smooth since upgrading to protools 12.82.
I did not use L captan, But i would have to say i’ve found Hi sierra much
smoother than yosemeties. , I have had no issues with Hi sierra. looking
forward to upgrading to 12.83.
