Hey Herman, All plug-ins are automatically mapped to encoder knobs on control surfaces. Of course, plu-in-specific pop-up menus are not mapped to anything which is by design. Fader flip mode is helpful in general but I find that keeping a log of files that list the knob positions and parameters
