[ptxdist] PTXdist 2016.07.0 released

Hi, I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2016.07.0. It's a rather small release this time. As always, we have the usual mix of new packages, version bumps and bugfixes. Starting with this release, building BSPs will use less disk space: Hard links are used to copy files from the
