a socket-can driver rev>641 (without ioctl)?

I just updated to the latest trunk (r7721). I'm running an up-to-date
Fedora 8 system.
When I try to install I get this:

Took a little bit longer :) Marco was faster, but here's a propper
patch. Create the dir patches/busybox-1.4.2/generic in your workspace
and put the attached files into
