[ptxdist] Makefile confusions

I'm working with PTXdist [close to] the trunk/mainline. Occasionally, I get warnings like these: /opt/ptx.text/lib/ptxdist-1.99.svn/rules/libpthread-stubs.make:34: warning: overriding commands for target `/local/cobra_X/platform-amltd_arm/state/libpthread-stubs.get'
