Hi, thanks to Mike and the Google guys, we have http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/ime-api/raw-file/default/use-cases/Overview.html which explains what an IME API would do and why it would be useful. I believe we have editors but it doesn't name a test facilitator (don't blame me, Art chose that as th
