In moving fixtures.pulpproject.org to Openshift[0], we had to change the port nginx listens on in the pulp-fixtures container to 8080 instead of 80. If you're using pulp-fixtures locally or in your CI, you'll have to either update your smash-config.json to point to 8080 (see [1]) or map that port when starting the container.
