I'm pleased to announce that PulseAudio 3.0 is now out!
For those of you following the release candidates, there has been only
one minor commit since 2.99.3. A full set of release notes is up at

I'm working with PulseAudio on the GTA04 phone, specifically trying to
use it to route the audio during a call, with echo cancellation.

I found that I need to tell my router to prioritize PulseAudio traffic to
make it work. Looking for packets going to and from port 4713 works, but is
there anything more specific? Does PulseAudio packets have any other
distinguishing features, such as TOS bits?
