I'd be happy to see the entire face go, but then we should make sure that there is some functionality somewhere to get the facts that puppet would use (the facter -p case) rather than just what it did use (the puppetdb case). So perhaps we reduce this face to just reporting the facts that puppet would use for the local node. I.e. the only use case would be `puppet facts` with the `--render-as` option. This would be the replacement for `facter --puppet`. In order to get the facts for the other node you need to specify --terminus yaml, otherwise it just runs facter and gives you the facts for the node you are running on. The yaml terminus will look up the last set of facts submitted to, and stored by, the master. I think the immediate fix is documentation. The larger fix is to make these faces actually work well for humans.
