Issue #23428 has been updated by Evgeny Fadeev.
I've looked at the site certificate description in Chrome and Firefox and found
that it appears to be valid, confirmed by GeoTrust, Inc.
Maybe a specific build of Firefox lacks some certificates for the certificate
authorities?

The cert is valid, but the server is not including the intermediate cert
`GeoTrust SSL CA` in the chain. This is a configuration problem on the server.
