----------------------------------------
Currently, the Puppet compiler appears to run through *all* .rb files in any
module subdirectory looking for things to load.

In many cases, especially when coupling tests with the code, this has caused
issues.

There should be a way to tell the compiler to simply ignore certain directories
under MODULEPATH. A dot file would work well.

This also appears to affect the 'puppet doc' command since it will run down
directories, such as 'examples' that would normally be ignored.
