It will be required to perform package management where there is no Puppet agent installed. The following package managers should be supported initially, others will be added over time. * apt dpkg * rpm * chocolatey (windows) * yum The remote RAL should be able to determine the package manager to use based on what's available on the target. The remote RAL should be able to log in to the remote target, get package information, and also to perform actions (set) on packages on the remote target.
