If a node is hidden, it won't show up in any views except for its
own node page, and the new Hidden view. A node can be hidden/unhidden
with a button on its node page. Hidden nodes can still be classified.

In the case where the system contains only a few nodes, unreported
nodes were showing up under the recently-reported nodes list on the
home page. This is because the most recent 10 nodes were being selected,
which included unreported nodes.

These were using a lot of shared examples which were being used in
only one or two places, complicating the spec file. This patch inlines
those examples. Got rid of some unnecessary tests on node name.
