The documentation on the wiki for the development lifecycle process
has been updated in an effort to make it easier for people to get code
into Puppet. The goals were to make it correct and easy to follow, so
take a look and let us know if there's anything that could use
improvement.

The intent is not to be rigid about following a process to submit
code, but the steps outlined in this document hopefully make it easier
for everyone to improve Puppet. Once the community has had a chance
to comment on this process and documentation, the plan is to move it
from the wiki to a more permanent home at:

http://docs.puppetlabs.com/guides/development_lifecycle.html.
