I solved the dispute by refunding the guy the 23€.
Claude has removed the Paypal button so we're good for future order
issues.
BUT, I see that there has been some recent key orders (21st dec, 4th
Jan, 14th Jan) but we have no way to know if the keys have been sent,
most likely not as the
oops...

It was obviously an internal mail.
In case you wonder, we're stopping selling keys. More news on that soon.

Sorry, Geofroy, I meant that it seemed that the 64 bit Puredyne didn't
recognize my 8 gb ram, but I couldn't study further. I was having lots
of different not recognized hardware -sound, right mouse button,
wireless, contextual menu key, volume keys- and had to move to ubuntu
