Based off Proxmox 3.4 and adds graphing for total disk IOPS on the Guest summary page. It does work with 4.0 but Hunk #2 in QemuServer.pm.patch needs to be modified in order for it to be applied cleanly. For what kind of storage does that work? I guess this does not work at all for nfs,
