Not a bad idea.
I "simulate" this by moving them to a specific VMID range and a
specifiy pool or unpack it into my ZFS backup space. If I need to use
it again, just repack the backup and restore on a PVE box.

I would like to get your feedback on a new feature.
Sometimes i have machines in Proxmox that no longer is used but i don't
want to delete them. For this i would like to be able to archive them,
move them to a new folder in the storage with its disks and machine
