Thanks to Thomas for the useful input. One question remains: The comment block about the used files seems outdated, or rather obsolete. I even would suggest removing it completely because it clearly doesn't match the content anymore: There is nothing timezone related in here, the keymaps and x11 layouts are pulled from PVE::Tools::kvmkeymaps().
