currently. Also
istgt and Iet is both abandoned from FreeBSD and Linux respectively
and has always been fragile target implementation so no point in
spending more energy on them. When I create a Lun plugin for targetcli
this will of course also support this feature.

targetcli to targetcli-fb so it seems advisable to follow this path.
