(qcow2) or the underlaying storage system must support it
(Nexenta, ceph, ZFS). Since LVM does not provide snapshots as well as
RAW disk image then snapshots on LVM is not supported.

Hi Dietmar,
Not to add to the storm but it light of the reaction on the forum I am most
certain have the contents of this answer been posted on the forum everybody
would have been happy. Noone can argue against what you express here and then
value added by enterprise rep will be worth at least a
ll try implement this new algorithm this evening.
If this succeeds I have overcome every major upstackle and I would
therefore consider the plugin ready for testing among a larger
audience. I have been using it myself for a couple of month now with no
problems what so ever.

What I ment to say was that this bug only shows up when nfs share is mounted on
a server running linux. If the server runs with a solaris kernel you cannot
replicate the bug.

NexentaPlugin also needing this info and this
plugin also naturally named it 'blocksize'. That is why it ended up
being name 'bsize' until Alexandré removed the NexentaPlugin and renamed

using the device when ever the GUID is required.
