Then the question is if a) you'd want to integrate those Ubuntu servers into an existing Ceph cluster (managed by Proxmox) or b) if you just want to use a separate Ceph cluster in your Proxmox setup where that Ceph cluster is based on your Ubuntu hosts. Case a) is probably a bad idea due to
