If you're talking about the typical USB Dongle in Hardware as License
Key, I'd always try to use an USB Network Device Server and avoid
putting the Dongles in the Server.
This also gives you the ability to move the VMs around.

Hi PVE users,
I'm using PVE for some years now. I got a runnig cluster of 6 machines
in version 6.x . Today I was going to add to additional machines. But
the installation was aborting on both servers? There are two 10G Nics
for the frontend network which will be trunked later on and 56G IB
I get a timeout waiting on systemd when I try to start a VM. Any ideas.
It's not CPU load or memory.
