I know of no such bug (it has never happened to me) and I don't even see how such a bug could happen. My guess is that this is probably a bug in the browser and its cache code.
In order for me to possibly help you, I need much more information. 1) Which version of ComSwiki are you using? 2) What's the URL? 3) Which browser are you using? 4) Is there any reproducable sequence that causes this?
