[pydotorg-www] Want to edit a page

I want to edit a page and have just signed up. My wiki account name is "martinmiller". Specifically there's a couple of dead links on the [first TkInter page](https://wiki.python.org/moin/TkInter) that I feel should be corrected. Please add me to the EditorsGroup. — Martin___
