Hi Claus,
the theme is not responsive so view on mobile is not without pain. Next
theme will be responsive and will fix this problem, however you can submit
a patch or open up an issue on the github repo.

yes thats possible... however I see no reason to have a delay, or google
has a problem. You can change the theme in the conf.py file
under html_theme = 'pyramid', change pyramid for any available sphinx theme.
