Where can I find information about what new functionality will be available in 0.9.5 with respect to i18n/unicode? I found CHANGELOG but it misses any documentation pointers (obviously). I ask because I have started i18n project with Pylons (update of developers.org.ua community site) and I'd like to test new features before actual release so that there is a chance to fix something.
