So JCC builds but does not install ?
I've checked with `printenv` and `MACOSX_DEPOLYMENT_TARGET=10.11`.
Is that the case under 'sudo', though ? What does 'sudo printenv' return ? Andi..
I'm not sure how to resolve this. Tom
