Hi thanks Pete, but I tried to install it with python 2.6.8 (the one I found on the net) and it still doesn't work (for any pymol version)... I eventually reinstalled a very old version (0.99) which is the only one working for now -- Edith Gincel

[PyMOL] how to define vectors between pseudoatoms
