I had the incentive version installed for a while (v1.7 beta2) and I was
surprised to see that in the [A] menu, under 'generate' there was an option
to generate an electrostatic map with apbs.
Unfortunately my laptop HD died, and when I reinstalled everything today
this option is

down in function askfilename
if i change self.activate() to self.show() i can get the file dialogue
to pop up but cant do anything with it.
its also near where tabs and spaces start making for confusing indentation.
that might be the source of the problem.

Can anyone tell me how to generate the solvent exclusive surface with
scaled (e.g. 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, etc) VDW radii for protein?
I want to visualize the electrostatic potential on these surfaces, in
order to get an idea how the potential changes from the protein to its
vicinity.
