Dear PyMol users,
Using Open-Source PyMol I always get
type 'exceptions.ImportError': No module named epymol
when trying open .mae files both under Windows XP (PyMol v.1.7.2.1) and Debian
Lnux, x86, 64 bit (PyMol v.1.7.2.4). Could anybody suggest the way to overcome,
please?

epymol is not part of Open-Source PyMOL, it's only included in Incentive PyMOL
(the version that Schrödinger sells, see http://pymol.org/). So far, MAE file
loading is an incentive-only feature. Open-Source PyMOL should handle that
gracefully and not raise an exception, we'll fix
