Hi Joel, Thanks for your feedback. You're correct in both assessments. I can reproduce the first issue (the `copy to object` menu should produce a submenu), and should be able to get a fix for that very soon. There are some submenu quirks that are still being ironed out; some of which, at least

Hi, I think that you have two issues: #1 pymol autodock/vina plugin; it should work on windows, since it is written in python. The issue u might encounter: it may have written in an older python version than the pymol install #2 you have to perform the docking with autodock or autodock vina.
