You probably have a problem with OpenGL libraries, Im surprised that pymol
starts at all.
Do other OpenGL programs run (try glxgears). Is mesa installed or do you have
OpenGL drivers installed?
What Ati card do you have? Have you installed the fglxr driver? What linux
distribution are you using?
Hi everybody.
I have been having a problem with my new installation of pymol 0.99 on
Fedora 5. The program starts normally and will render/ray trace images
for creating png's, but the 'PyMol Viewer' window is not operational, it
remains blank. I am pretty sure this is a problem with my computer
