[PyMOL] UnicodeDecodeError

Hi, I'm having an issue with a UnicodeDecodeError. I have an academic licence for the proprietary version of Pymol, however, when I go to install the licence file, I get the below error message. I'm very new to Pymol and I don't really have any coding experience (I'm from a biology background).
