For this purpose I would suggest to use the open-source version of pymol, provided within the repositories of Xubuntu (14.04 LTS) or Debian 8 testing. Their builds are based on version 1.7.0 or 1.7.2, respectively and with an VRML2 UTF8 export. Subsequently, I would follow step-wise instru
