I have a pdb file containing several states of a Ligand, separated with the
MODEL and ENDMDL keywords.
Opening that file, PyMol creates an object and than loads every Model in a new
state of this object.
That's really great to make movies of the docked positions of the ligand in a
protein.
But
I have one object showing the surface of a protein and another object showing a
ligand inside the protein.
Is it possible to use the clip command to define different clipping planes for
the 2 objects.
I want so "cut" the proteinsurface using clip, but the Ligand inside the
protein should not be
Hi Steven,
Just go to the movies menue and click 'show all states'.
