I have a plugin that creates a collection of CGO objects. I'm wondering if it's possible to allow the user to select a CGO with the mouse - and if so, how I'd go about doing it. Regards, Terry

I created several objects of my full-lenght protein. I want to be able to turn on & off the representation of each of the objects. Unfortunately, if I have 2 sequential objects that I want to represent by cartoons in different colors, the cartoon doesn't run continuously, i.e. there's a gap betw

Natasja, That sounds like the expected behavior -- the cartoons will need to be in the same object in order to be connected. You can use the "show" and "hide" commands to turn segments on & off during the movie. Cheers, Warren -- Warren L. DeLano, Ph.D. Principal Scient
