All,
I generated a pdb file from the Disulfides by Design program with
some residue pairs replaced with cysteines to produce disulfides.
Pymol shows the 2 cysteines with the disulfide bond, but I can't get
it to connect the cysteines to the preceding and succeeding residues
in the chain. I've tried forcing a bond between the relevant N and C
atoms but this doesn't change the display. Any idea what's going on?
