Hi PyMol Users, If I load two chains of a dimer independently as two objects and I want to move one chain and keep other constant, how can this be done. I want to use mouse to move the other object. I saw deprotect and protect commands but using mouse it will move both the objects. Could it be don

[PyMOL] slowing the movie produce with the movie.produce

Hi, I am using movie.produce to make a movie, I am unable to change the number of frames per second using the :"movie_fps" command. Changing "movie_fps" from its default value of 30 (to something smaller) does not seem to effect the final mpeg movie. Is there a way to slow down the movie using
