[PyMOL] Zoom Movies in pymol and record

I was wondering how one would go about making frames that shows a simple zoom. Also is there a feature that allows you to manually manipulate the model and push this to a movie. If not I think this would be a great feature for those who don't have python coding experience. -Tom --
