try to uninstall Pmw and reinstall it using Pmw-2.0.1-py3-none-any.whl 
from .


C:\Python36\python.exe -m pip uninstall Pmw
C:\Python36\python.exe -m pip install Pmw-2.0.1-py3-none-any.whl
