I have CrystalEyes setup on my G5 dual with a Sony Multiscan G520 CRT
monitor. The PyMOL Stereo of version 0.93 worked fine on my computer
few months ago until today I noticed that it no longer works.

a) I am using a cylindrical helix representation. Some of these helices have

Unfortunately, there is currently no good solution to problem (a). PyMOL
doesn't yet support automatic repositioning of CA coordinates to reflect the
cartoon representation.
Regarding (b), the PyMOL light source is directional, not positional. The
direction is controlled using the light
