This is a known problem in pip itself

Hi,
Just doing some experiments with PyPy
I'd like to install pip / virutalenv.
With pypy and Linux no problem
With CPython (32 bit) and windows 7 64-bit no problem
With pypy and Windows 7 64-bit no success.
Any hints I even tried it with disabling the antivirus.
